Whoopee Pies

During Lockdown I have done lots of baking, but my favourite thing I have made so far are these chocolate Whoopee pies inspired by Nadia Hussain’s recipe. These are cakey-biscuity things filled with sweet marshmallow and tart raspberry jam.
